Student Privacy Information
Stories by Her™ is a six-week online writing program for Muslim girls ages 13–17. This document explains the information used when a household requests enrollment. Please read it before completing the enrollment form.
What we ask you for
Through Tally, we collect the enrolling adult’s name, email, country, preferred payment arrangement, each girl's name and age, the cohort and tuition option requested, and any academic assessment selections. You may also choose to send us a question. Please do not include medical histories or other sensitive details in an enrollment request.
Why this information is used
We use enrollment details to answer questions, confirm age eligibility and availability, check the appropriate legal guardian permissions, prepare an itemized invoice, and arrange the requested classes and resources. We do not take payment through the enrollment form. Payments are handled through a separate Stripe invoice after the selections have been reviewed.
Third-party providers
We use Tally for form submissions and Stripe for invoice/payment services. These services process information under their own privacy terms. The live-class and learning platform have not yet been finalized. The teaching and learning platforms, age and account requirements, and legal guardian-supervision arrangements will be confirmed before each student's cohort begins. If the selected platform cannot accommodate a student's participation, please contact us so an appropriate alternative or remedy for undelivered services can be considered under the agreement and applicable law.
Classwork and participant safety
When the program begins, students may submit original writing for lessons, authorized feedback, or the optional academic assessment. Student work is used to deliver the requested instruction. Student writing, names, images, or voices will not be published for marketing without separate appropriate legal guardian permission. Live classes are not recorded by Writefully Hers. Instructor–student communication will use approved legal guardian-supervised channels.
Legal Guardian permissions and inquiries
An enrollment request does not establish legal guardian consent for participation. The legal guardian's authorization and acceptance of the applicable agreement will be confirmed before a student's enrollment is finalized. A parent or legal guardian can contact info@writefullyhers.com to ask about the information submitted, seek corrections, or request deletion where applicable. Relevant transaction records and other information may need to be retained as required by law.
Before the cohort begins
Before the first class, families will receive confirmation of the teaching platform, access instructions, age and account requirements, and relevant privacy and legal guardian-supervision arrangements. The Parent/Legal Guardian Agreement and this Student Privacy Information are available to review before submitting an enrollment request or paying an invoice. Please contact us if you have questions about access or your daughter's participation.
